Use this Simple Idea Stolen from Silicon Valley Philosophy to Painlessly Upgrade Yourself
Upgrading yourself doesn't have to be rocket science. Try this: Figure out who you want to become: “Future You” Figure out what goals/achievements separate Future You from Current You. Work backward to break those goals into recurring 10–20 minute micro-activities. Do those micro-activities regularly until Current You = Future You. These micro-activities are what I call Minimum Viable Actions (MVAs): tiny actions that move you toward a goal or end-state.
